Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it

    • In the original packaging

  • Certain items such as personal care products, intimates, or clearance items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.

  • If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@trendyshopmax.com with your order details.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping cost.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be processed and shipped.
